How long does an epoxy floor last?
Domestic garages routinely see 10–15 years of service; industrial systems are maintained and resealed on planned cycles for decades.
How long is the floor out of use?
A typical double garage is a two-day job with vehicle access from day three. Warehouses are phased bay by bay.
Can you do it over painted or old resin floors?
Yes, if the existing coating is sound and mechanically prepared. Failed coatings are ground off first.
Is it slippery?
Gloss epoxy alone can be. We specify graded anti-slip aggregate in wet-work areas as standard risk management.
What about moisture in the slab?
We moisture-test every slab and use epoxy damp membranes where readings demand — never gambling on adhesion.
