Commercial Spray Coating

Factory-applied finish quality, on site. High-build spray coatings for commercial fascias, framework, plant and architectural metalwork with minimal disruption to your operation.

Commercial spray coating is the most cost-effective way to restore, rebrand and protect the exterior and interior surfaces of commercial buildings. Instead of replacing tired fascias, curtain walling, doors or plant equipment, our certified sprayers apply high-build 2K polyurethane systems on site — delivering the smooth, even finish of a factory coating without the factory.

The economics are compelling. Replacement cladding or metalwork typically costs five to eight times more than a professional respray, takes longer, and generates significant waste. A specified spray coating from AT Precision Coatings transforms the appearance of your estate in days, adds a decade of corrosion and UV protection, and is backed by written guarantees.

Every project starts with substrate testing and a written specification — primer, build coats, topcoat and film thicknesses — so you know exactly what is being applied and why. Our teams are IPAF and PASMA certified, work to strictly controlled masking and dust-extraction standards, and leave sites clean and ready for business.

Why commercial spray coating

Minimal downtime

Night, weekend and phased programmes keep trading. Most schemes complete with zero closure days.

Factory-grade finish

Air-assisted application delivers a smooth, brush-mark-free coating that roller work simply cannot match.

10+ year protection

Industrial PU and 2K systems tested for UV stability, impact and chemical resistance.

Full colour matching

RAL, BS and NCS references plus bespoke brand colour matching for corporate estates.

How it works

  1. 1

    Survey & specification

We measure, test the existing substrate and specify the coating system with a written quotation.

  2. 2

    Access & masking

Screens, sheeting and dust extraction protect adjacent areas; access is planned around your hours.

  3. 3

    Preparation

Degrease, abrade and prime. Adhesion is everything — we never spray over failing coatings.

  4. 4

    Application

Multiple controlled coats of 2K polyurethane, applied by certified sprayers.

  5. 5

    Sign-off

Wet-film and final inspection with a written workmanship guarantee.

Questions, answered

Will spraying disrupt our trading hours?
Rarely. We routinely work nights and weekends, and phased programmes mean entrances stay open. For retail and leisure sites we plan around your quietest periods at no premium.
What substrates can you spray?
Aluminium, galvanised steel, mild steel, powder-coated panels, UPVC, GRP, timber and concrete. Each has a dedicated prep and primer regime detailed in our specification.
How long does the coating last?
Our standard 2K polyurethane systems carry a 10-year performance expectation on correctly prepared substrates, with a written workmanship guarantee.
Can you match our corporate colours?
Yes. We work to RAL, BS 4800 and NCS references and can spectrophotometer-match a physical sample for exact brand colours.
Are you insured to work at height?
Fully. We hold £5m public liability, and IPAF and PASMA certified operatives for MEWP and scaffold works.
